Challenge:
After the Noahface team spent 18 months prototyping, they wanted a full makeover of the user experience & design of the app, as well as branding,  websites & material for launch.

Solution:
A full redesign of the UI & UX improvements for both the front-facing (customer) & back-facing screen (staff). A memorable branding, logo animations and a collection of digital assets & animations to be used in digital campaigns, landing pages & website.

Re-invent Telstra retail model (physical & digital), to adapt to new customer buying behaviours (omni-channel), new brand positioning (Technology vs Telco) & new product categories.

Solution:
A 2 years program that fully re-imagined & implemented Telstra retail ecosystem based on customer behaviours (path to purchase) as opposed to channels and product categories. Service design, store design, technology, data, e-commerce, new tech, social and more.

New ecosystem rolled out Australia wide (380 stores) from 2018 onward

Challenge:
Aje’s online store was hard to use, generated too much phone support & was disconnected from the exceptional service clients were getting in-store.

Solution:
After doing extensive market & customer research, Aje asked for a full rebuild of their online store & strategic advice for implementation.
Incl. full rebuild of the site around the new UX / CX strategy. Implementation of a global inventory (in-store + online), multi-language and currency support, global shipping, tracking & online support.
